1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in the copy-trading program is entirely voluntary. Users may join, pause, or leave the program at any time without providing a reason. There is no obligation to keep positions open or continue copying trades.

2. User Responsibility

All settings and decisions are fully controlled by the user, including:
– capital allocation
– position sizing
– leverage
– personal risk parameters
– continuation or termination of copy-trading

The user is solely responsible for all trading activity and outcomes.

3. Performance Fee

There are no fixed or monthly fees.
A 25% performance fee applies only when net profit is generated.
The calculation and deduction take place automatically via the broker’s system.
No fee is charged if no profits are made.

4. No Guarantee

Goldex Trade Capital provides no guarantees regarding:
– profits
– income
– risk limitation
– performance consistency
– loss protection

Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results.

5. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and must ensure that copy-trading is legal in their country of residence. Compliance with all local regulations, trading rules, and tax laws is the user’s responsibility.
